Dear Prudence is a delicate wisp of a dress for dreamy shadow dancing.

A combination of traditional Nottingham lace, overlaid on an opaque georgette silk for maximum floatiness. The back and 3/4 length sleeves are unlined to show off the daintiness of the lace to full effect.

Our lace is made by Cluny Lace, set up in the 18th Century and the very last traditional Leavers lace mill left in England. The intricacy and softness of the lace is so special and we know this will be a wardrobe treasure to be worn and cherished for years before being handed down.

Cut in our iconic high wrap dress style - with a high neck, yet fully adjustable and held together with self-tied silk ribbons. The dress features signature subtle puffed shoulders to give a delicate yet empowering silhouette. The belt cinches in to define the waist, while the flowing, full circle skirt falls away from the body (perfect for twirling, should you wish). The dress is ladylike, while also showing just the right amount of leg when required. Effortlessly flattering for all.
