Free Worldwide Returns / Exchanges (excluding Made to Order pieces)

Our Beautiful World Customer Promise means we strive to be the best we can be to you.

In our vision of a more beautiful world, when we order things online, we want the following things to happen, which is what we offer you.

We hope you’ll fall in love with your order, but in the peculiar instance this doesn’t happen, no worries. 

 

FOR READY TO WEAR ITEMS 

1. Simply contact us to book your free return within 14 days of receiving your item, and we’ll collect it from your chosen address free of charge. Let us know if you would like a refund or exchange (for another item or a store credit to use another time).

2. We do ask that your order has been unworn and that it’s returned in the original packaging (with the delivery form so we know it was yours) so someone else can fall in love with it instead.

3. Once we’ve received your return, we will email you to let you know. If you’ve requested a refund, this will be credited back to the payment method used at the checkout within 5-10 days (depending on the terms of your bank).

 

FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS 

Unfortunately, Made to Order and Bespoke items are not included in this policy as they are custom made for each customer and therefore can't be returned or exchanged. 

However, if in the unlikely event you are not 100% happy with the fit of your garment, please contact us and we will happily discuss how we can help find a solution.
