In our vision of a more beautiful world, when we order things online, we want the following things to magically happen, which is what we offer you.

1. Ready To Wear (in stock) items ordered before 12 noon GMT are dispatched the same working day.
For Made to Order items, they are sent to our atelier to start production. Please allow 3-4 weeks, but we always try to get orders to you sooner.
2. You are notified as soon as your order is ready for dispatch, along with a delivery date and courier* tracking info to keep tabs on your package before it arrives at your chosen address.
3. A signature will be requested so we know it arrived safely in your hands.
And of course, this service is free worldwide (excluding Russia).
*We use DPD - the first carbon neutral express carrier, with one of the fastest and most reliable road-based networks. They offer the highest level of security for your goods, and are TAPA accredited.
